They are a small family-owned and operated fish company out of Santa Cruz. Daniel Guzman is the owner, and his Mom, Floriberta, and Julio help him run it. They participate in many Bay Area farmers' markets during the summer months with fewer in the winter season.

Julio's dad has family and friends who are local fishermen working out of Santa Cruz and get local fish supplies directly from them. Since many of their customers like to branch out and explore other types of fish, they have been able to provide them with non-local fresh fish with the help of a wholesale fishery where his dad used to work.
