Island Style Shave Ice started in Cupertino in 2001 and provides authentic Hawaiian ice loved by so many people in the Bay Area. The business first started out when they participated in two weekend farmers' markets; after realizing how much Hawaiian ice is loved by so many people in the area they evolved into a full time production. Island Style Shave Ice now sells at five farmers' markets.
They feel privileged to be a part of a community-based organization and feel rewarded to make new friends with the vendors and customers, work outdoors, and have an all-around great time while doing something that they love!
