ALD&Y Organic Farm

Guillermo Lazaro operates a three-acre organic farm plot outside of Salinas and grows a mix of colorful salad greens, carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, beans, kale, chard, and other crops. He sells half his organic produce directly to consumers via farmers' markets and restaurants; half is sold wholesale. His tomatoes and tomatillos are famously good!

Guillermo says he wants people to think about all the hard work and time that goes into the food arriving at their farmers' markets and asks that you keep supporting your local farmers.
