Michael Hohenthal fell in love with chocolate making several years back and pursued courses in order to start his own chocolate business. Chocolate-making is the perfect outlet for both creativity and perfectionism, and he works with local farmers to source the best and highest quality ingredients for his chocolates and other goods.

Their artisan handcrafted chocolates and confections have no gluten, GMOs, artificial colors, flavors, or preservatives of any kind. They source as much of their product from farmers and the farmers market, especially for seasonal items. Their lightly candied Valencia orange peels with chocolate and their caramel apples are fan favorites.
