They raise a small flock of cage-free chickens and ducks for eggs and have hives that provide award-winning honey. The whole family pitches in to collect eggs and take care of the birds. They also offer bee pollen and propolis, both purported to help with seasonal allergies and it's a great way to sweeten foods without using refined sugar.
