Ingredients
  • 1/2 pound tomatillos
  • 1 jalapeno pepper
  • 1 poblano pepper
  • 1 leek
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 onion
  • Juice from 1 lime
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • Tortilla chips
Method

Stem the peppers. Trim and coarsely chop peppers, tomatillos, garlic, onions, and leek.  Roast peppers at 450°F until blackened.

Add all ingredients to food processor and blend until smooth. 

Serve with chips.
