Sometimes nothing is better than a juicy steak, straight off the grill! Our beef producers can satisfy just about anyone’s needs, offering a large variety of cuts from steaks and chops, to ground beef, roasts, and ribs.
The animals graze on the fresh grass of California's rolling hills so the meat is lower in fat, has more omega-3 than corn-fed beef, and has a much smaller carbon footprint. California cattle sold at our farmers' markets are raised and processed humanely which is important to farmers' market shoppers.
